Refund Policy

Warnock Construction is committed to customer satisfaction and transparent business practices. This Refund Policy applies to deposits, payments, and services related to our home improvement projects (remodeling, painting, decks, and other services) in the Missoula, Montana area.
1. Deposits and Payments A deposit is typically required to secure your project spot, purchase materials, and begin planning. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been ordered specifically for your project, as these costs are incurred on your behalf.
2. Refunds for Cancelled Projects

If you cancel a project before any work has started and no custom materials have been ordered, we will refund your deposit in full (minus any non-refundable third-party fees, if applicable).

If cancellation occurs after work has begun or materials have been purchased, the deposit and any payments covering completed work, materials, or labor will be non-refundable. We will provide a detailed breakdown of costs upon request.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or letter).
3. Completed Work Payments for completed and accepted work are non-refundable. We stand behind our craftsmanship and offer warranties on labor and materials as outlined in your project contract.
4. Changes and Disputes If you're unhappy with any aspect of the work, please contact us immediately so we can address it promptly. We strive to resolve issues through open communication before any refund requests are considered.
5. Exceptions Refunds outside these guidelines may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Warnock Construction.
